Shipping policy

We will ship your orders out as quickly as possible. But all of our items are made to order and so processing times of up to 10 days apply. If you require your order by a set date then please make contact with us via info@laurelcottagecrafts.co.uk and we will do our best to accommodate.

Please note- All delivery times provided are estimates based on recent shipping trends and courier estimates. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to potential delays caused by customs, couriers, or other external factors beyond our control. Delivery Days may extend around seasonal festivities due to demand peaks.

UK Shipping-

Standard- Royal Mail 2nd Class / 48hr tracked - 2-4 business days

Express- Royal Mail 1st Class / 24hr tracked - 1-3 business days

Special- Royal Mail Guaranteed 1pm (please make contact with us before checking out to confirm delivery date)

We offer free standard UK shipping on all orders of £35 and over

International Shipping-

Standard- Royal Mail Tracked - 7-10 business days

Express- UPS Worldwide - 3-7 business days (Currently only available for USA orders)

- Import duties, VAT, and handling charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility. Please check your local government website before ordering.

- Failure to pay these charges may result in the package being returned to us. Additional postage costs for reshipping will be covered by the customer. Refunds of postage are not offered in this respect.

* USA Tariff Information- With the removal of the di minimis exemption as of 29th August 2025. All packages into the US are now subject to tariffs. All of our items are made in the UK and so the 10% base rate applies to our items site wide. To make this transition smoother I will be using a duty paid delivery service, hopefully eliminating the risk of additional fees upon your items arriving into the US. I am currently working on getting this added onto the checkout pricing and to you will see the total cost of the item landed to you.

Shipping Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for any delays, incorrect delivery, or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
