We have a range of personalised and customisable listings available. Please check that you have provided all the necessary information so we can make your orders as quickly as possible for you.

-Custom Orders-

Please message us to discuss a custom order. Whether you would like to slightly change sizing, change up an embroidery design or even something completely different let us know so we can work with you to create a custom listing.

-Made to Order-

Many of our items are made to order and so our production times may vary depending on how many orders we receive. We will always try to get your items shipping out as soon as possible. See our shop announcement for up to date information on our processing times.

All of our items are handmade and so each is completely unique therefore sizing may vary between each item. Approximate measurements are available on each listing. But please contact us for further details.

Care instructions vary between our items however we would recommend just a wipe cleaning or lightly handwashing our items unless we have specified differently with you order. Please contact us for further details.

-Gift Wrapping-

We will happily add gift notes to your order at no extra cost. We also offer gift wrapping from just £1, if selected your items will be wrapped in tissue paper and tied with cotton cord.

-Packaging-

The majority of our packaging is widely recyclable and we our working towards making our packaging completely eco-friendly whilst not wasting what we already have in stock.

Due to differences in lighting and monitor brightness' colours may vary from the images on the listings. Please contact us if you would like more images to get a better idea of the products true colours.

Pattern placement on our products may vary from the images shown as each item is completely unique.
Zip colours may also vary however they are always coordinating with the print of the pouch.

UK Shipping-

Standard- Royal Mail 2nd Class / 48hr tracked - 2-4 business days

Express- Royal Mail 1st Class / 24hr tracked - 1-3 business days

Special- Royal Mail Guaranteed 1pm (please make contact with us before checking out to confirm delivery date)

We offer free standard UK shipping on all orders of £35 and over

International Shipping-

Standard- Royal Mail Tracked - 7-10 business days

Express- UPS Worldwide - 3-7 business days (Currently only available for USA orders)

- Import duties, VAT, and handling charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility. Please check your local government website before ordering.

- Failure to pay these charges may result in the package being returned to us. Additional postage costs for reshipping will be covered by the customer. Refunds of postage are not offered in this respect.

* USA Tariff Information- With the removal of the di minimis exemption as of 29th August 2025. All packages into the US are now subject to tariffs. All of our items are made in the UK and so the 10% base rate applies to our items site wide. To make this transition smoother I will be using a duty paid delivery service, hopefully eliminating the risk of additional fees upon your items arriving into the US. I am currently working on getting this added onto the checkout pricing and to you will see the total cost of the item landed to you.

Shipping Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for any delays, incorrect delivery, or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
